Found in the Humboldt Park area of Chicago. Flew right up to me and was mostly friendly, taking seeds right out of my fingers. Has some damage to its beak on the left side (not sure if this happened before or after escape). Clearly been out on it’s own for a little while, but no other apparent injuries. Flies well and walking just fine. Definitely a little scruffy and has been plucking/has quite a few bald spots. I own a bird myself so it is being fed/watered and kept in a small carrier cage while I attempt to find it’s proper owner!
