I believe this is a male bird. He is Turquoise, Blue and White, and appears healthy. I have seen him at my Bird Feeder every day for at least two months. He allows family members to come very close. This is why I think he’s a pet. I placed Bird Cage on my deck rail, with food and water, hoping he might fly in. So far, he hasn’t.
This Parakeet has also been seen in the vicinity of Tavistock Country Club.
