Found: Bird w/leg tag (Roosevelt area), My neighbors cat caught a yellow bird (possibly a parakeet but I have no idea) and I had an old hamster cage so now I have the bird. I don’t want to take it to the humane society cuz I don’t want them to kill it if they don’t find you (birdie’s sad family). The leg tag “looks” like it says BBF0720 or something there in.
