I live in Killeen Texas and we have had a Parrot flying around our yard for the past couple of weeks.  we were able to lure him into a cage.  He has a Leg band.
Can you assist in tracking this Bird?  We would like to return him to his owners, I am sure he must have escaped and is missed by someone.
