Found parakeet in apartments near Tanglewilde/Gessner/Westheimer in Houston. Bird is a bright yellow, with a little green. I approached the bird and he easily let me pick him up. I brought him inside last night, and bought him bird seed. I have a fake cage made up of a cardboard box with sticks. He hasn’t eaten anything yet, and mostly has been sleeping.
