I found a young yellow Parakeet on the San Jac Community College this morning. He was trying to fly into the Arts Builing with a lot of glass windows. He appears healthy and bit me a little bit. However, it did let me walk up to him, her and pick him up in my hands. I suspect that he is attached to his family and is handled regularly. He is also chirping even though we’ve been home only a few hours.
