Found on Texas A&M Campus by maintenance and brought to some bird researchers. Bird looks healthy without obvious injury. Bird is banded (not with a phone number) and is relatively calm and easy to handle all things considered, so we are hoping to find its owner. The band is green on the left starting with PSI, if you are the owner please provide the band number and we are happy to get this guy home! Additionally, if someone recognizes the PSI breeder code please let me know.
