Budgie found Sept. 6th in Allentown, PA (Salisbury area). Budgie landed in a woman’s yard as though looking for people, but would not come too close. We, Angels Feathers Parrot Rescue, were contacted and are now caring for the Budgie while we try to find it’s owner/s.
