Found cockatiel in Waldport, now in Toledo (Toledo)
On 5/3 an older normal grey male cockatiel was found in Waldport just off Hwy 34. He appeared to have been outside for quite some time. He is now safe and staying with me in Toledo unless his real owners come to claim him.
