white parakeet(?) on our shed roof. Bird is feeding on wild bird feed with our sparrows. SE Portland, Sellwood neighborhood.
Noticed him this morning (8/26/13). He is not frightened by our approaching him, but is reluctant to move to a finger perch. Able to fly. Does not appear to be banded. Don’t want him to spend the night out, as rain is predicted.
