Very friendly bird found at a residence above the in Newport,Or. This bird appears to be a Cockatiel breed. It is a very friendly bird and let me hold him and climbed onto my shoulder immediately after I provided it with food. If this is your bird, or if you know of someone who may have lost their bird, please reply.Calling or texting is fine with me as well. I just want to get this bird back home to its owner.
