banded green Quaker parrot found in Victorian Village neighborhood in Columbus, 11/12/11. Bird is very tame, affectionate, quiet, does not talk. Apparently good physical condition, no missing feathers. Probably about 12 years old. Please supply some information from leg band to identify yourself as owner.
