FOUND: Parakeet (Upper East Side), We found a small parakeet (we think it’s a parakeet) outside our building on 84th street between Lexington and 3rd ave on Friday afternoon, August 26th. The parakeet is uninjured and in good health. If you think this is your bird, we just ask that you can prove that he is yours.
