Dazed and confused parrot showed up on my patio today on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. He or she has a left-leg metal tag with 3 initials on it. Also has what appears to be a new head wound, unless its feathers falling out… but doesn’t appear to be in pain. Fairly friendly especially when offered a bowl of water and good old fashioned parrot food… and actually ate/drank a lot immediately.
