We purchased him from a couple in Cheyenne. After observation of his condition and behavior I’m wondering if he was their bird. He is very timid and scared. Won’t allow anyone to handle him. Feathers tattered and beak in poor condition. It could just be a case of inexperienced bird handling but wanted to check the area for any reports.
