Bird was found outside our house this morning high in a tree, so seems like wings are not clipped. There is a band on his (or her) leg, but I have not been able to read it at the time of posting. Bird is gray and white with a yellow head and bright orange spots on cheeks. Seems friendly, since he flew down from the tree and landed on my shoulder. Moved to wife’s hand after a few minutes.
