Hello,
We found a male eclectus on July 2nd. I’m quite sure it’s not yours because he’s not banded and we’re 200 miles away from Concord. We live on Lake Gaston (on the Virginia border, 80 miles northeast of Raleigh). We’re running ads in the local papers this week, but if we don’t find the owner, and you haven’t found yours, I was wondering if you would like to give him a good home. He says “hello” & “good bird” and makes lots of sound effects & some blood-curdling screams, especially in the morning when I first uncover him. I’m a bird lover and I raise gouldian finches in my indoor aviary, but I don’t really want to keep a parrot. I hope you find your Quint!
