Just saw a Hispaniolan Conure (Aratinga chloroptera) at my Vet Clinic. He was found outside in the North St Louis County area. Very friendly, social and charming. Had never seen one before, had to look him up to find out what he was. Apparently they have had no luck locating his owner.
