Found a pigeon who does not appear to be injured but cannot fly. He has a band on his foot with the #xx (on record with 911parrotalert.com) engraved. He is quite beautiful and sweet i/e tame. Will take to Humane Society in Golden Valley, but, hope owner or someone retrieves soon for love and care.
