Green. Molted chest & sides but that may be stess-induced. Band reads (# on file with 911PA) and three numbers. The FL 01 is turned sidewise. Whoever owns the parrot should be able to give us the last there numbers identifying the bird. Very near starvation when found which is likely why we were able to capture him/her. Seems very friendly otherwise & obviously very used to humans.
