The bird is a bugie/parakeet, she is about a year old. she has a band from 2010, can’t get her to stay still long enough to read the full band.If I can’t find the owner I will give her to another person in town to raise with other birds on June 13th. But if I find the owner she will be returned.

I found a parakeet yesterday while walking home (he was on webster st in arlington) seems to be in good health, he’s pretty active, eating and drinking regularly.
If he/she is yours please email asap. some form of proof is required. picture, the band numbers, something to prove that it’s your bird.
I have 2 parrots of my own so he is quarantined for now. I can’t keep him for too long because I don’t know if he’s carrying anything and I don’t want my birds to catch it.
If I can’t find the owner soon I will have to bring him to the nearest SPCA, or possibly free to a good home.
