FOUND 6/15/2016 Lutino Cockatiel, Garland, TX [South Dallas area]
Comments in CL “My friends and I found a yellow and white cockatiel with orange cheeks (no grey) at their apartment complex in south Dallas. We are unsure of its gender, but it will whistle and chirp and is extremely friendly. It didn’t have a leg band, but because it’s so nice we are sure it belongs to someone”
