July 2nd a very pretty blue parakeet with black markings on its wings showed up in my backyard feeding with the other birds. I haven’t been able to catch the bird, but have gotten right up to it before it flew away again. Everyday it shows up. It chirps with me and seems people friendly, but seems to enjoy its freedom more. I am worried it won’t survive and am hoping the owner can make contact with it and capture it before harm comes along.
