FOUND – Parakeet (Des Plaines area), I found a small, yellow parakeet today. This bird is a very strong flyer and is obviously well trained. Flew to my hand when offered a treat, but was still sort of shy around people. Please provide a picture of your bird and/or give any descriptive features to claim ownership.
