Found white ?cockateil? (Ewa beach)

This bird landed on my shoulder earlier, he must be missing an owner. Describe him in the email if you think he might be yours. I say he, but Im clueless as to how one would identify the sex of this bird. Also, Im no bird expert, but this is not a parrot or african gray. This is a small bird. Please respond only if you’re missing a bird. Please don’t try to roach if he’s not yours, as I kinda like the buggah.
