The bird is bright blue with typical black/grey/white markings on the head and wings, but a white spot on the top of it’s head. It was flying around (but not very well) on Atlantic Dr on the Georgia Tech (university) campus – kept flying to people but then shying away. I don’t think it’s been loose long. It appears to be a young bird and healthy.
