Cockatiel found in parking lot of Tamarac Theatre, 7143 Pine Island Rd, Tamarac, Florida on June 16. Very clean. I previously reported his wings are clipped and cannot fly, but I was wrong. He just flew around my daughter’s bedroom. Loves to sit on shoulder and nips you or ignores you when you try to put him back in his cage.
