FOUND: INDIAN RINGNECK PARAKEET
Recaptured in western Port Saint Lucie on/around Xmas. Banded and had full flight feathers (it doesn’t any longer). All physical and behavioral characteristics (including the band number) must be provided by the owner for “proof of ownership”.
