Captured / found walking down a neighborhood road in western Port Saint Lucie off of Rosser. It is banded and was found in very good condition and is very friendly (tends to hop right on to your shoulder). Only each wing’s first three Primaries were clipped. The bird is being kept safe by a caring and capable friend of mine.
