I think this is a Pionus charchol grey face, back, rump bluegreen,chest blue green, this bird has yellow on top of its head. short tail, not sure if Pionus or Senegal. Tame will step right up on your finger. I have other birds think it may have heard them and came to join hope someone claims this cute little bird.
