Found Parrot, Boca Raton, Florida 10/27/2012
Small to Medium sized parrot with greyish-black head, greyish-black beak, green body, blue-tipped wings, and red-tipped tail feathers. We found him/her on the beach during the hurricane. Large appetite but a little scared.
