FOUND–Small Green Parrot (Near Palmetto and Powerline)

A small green parrot (I’m assuming a Quaker Parrot) near Powerline and Palmetto last night. It couldn’t fly.
I saw posters about a missing bird a few weeks ago. Hoping this might be yours–if you’re out there.
