I found an all yellow parakeet in greenwich ct. I took it home and hope to find the owner. Its very friendly, comes out and everything. If you are the owner, contact me. I will require proof this is your bird. Anyone can claim it and I won’t know so you must come with a picture and the bird should act like he knows you. I have a bird so I know about them and their habits.
