I just found a bright yellow perroquet-cockatoo (about 5 inches long from the head to the tip of the tail) on the sidewalk at Sudbury & Lisgar in the Queen W area. Clipped wings, he was looking pretty lost and vulnerable. I have it at home but I dont have a cage. I’ll take it to a pet store in the morning.
