Just put as a free ad to draw more attention and find the owners. Obviously very well loved. Very tame, loves being rubbed (currently molting). You tell me the area I may have found it, possibly send a picture, or give a REALLY good description (including gender because I know that too) in order to prove this is your bird. It will ONLY go to it’s rightful home.
