Found budgie today, Scarborough, ON, CAN – near Markham/Eglinton intersection. Budgie looks to be male, is a yellow mutation with some green and white. Please provide a picture to claim. We have him in our care, he is safely eating and content. We hope to find his home as soon as possible. Thank you!
