Looks mostly male but tail has some striping so could be female. Please call Mary or Travis Wheatley at (519) 701-2402. I lent them my travel cage and they have this bird. Was a quite any bird who bit quite seriously. Could it be the bird “Jeffery” that is sought after at this time?
