Stray Cockatiel found in South Surrey, BC. The the Rosemary/Morgan Heights Area at 153rd & 34th. This bird was spotted by a resident and they contacted a local bird rescue. I’m the volunteer and the bird is with me. If you feel this is your bird please contact me and describe the birds markings.
