dont know the sex of the bird but my sister in law found it in her backyard being swat at by her cats and it could not fly away because the wings are clipped, she can not provide a safe place for it due to her many cats so now im holding this lil fella in hopes of finding its rightful owner. It was found in Southside San Jose, After doing some research on the bird and looking up different species, I am almost positive its a common myna also known as the india myna. I think it was owned by a man because everytime the phone ring it says hello in a mans voice.
