FOUND: Parakeet/budgie San Marcos, California 08/15/2015
Found blue and white parakeet at my warehouse on the border of San Marcos and Vista on Santa Fe Ave. I’m not sure of the sex or age of this little birdie, but it appears very sweet and well cared for. Please email me if you think this might be your pet: stacyncarlson@yahoo.com
