Found Parakeet East San Jose, California 10/15/2012
I found a parakeet on my car in the parking lot of OSH 3000 Alum Rock Ave. He has a green belly, yellow and black wings, yellow face, purple cheeks. Very tame. I turned him into Alum Rock Animal Hospital, where he is safe 258-2735.
