Found Pigeon Malibu, California 03/31/2013
Very large white pigeon appeared on our deck, Sunday, March 31. Banding on one leg. Please describe banding to identify. Looks healthy but does not seem to fly. Possibly has clipped wings. mar-monte@verizon.net
