Found Pet Bird (Costa Mesa, CA)
Date: 2012-09-06, 4:30PM PDT
While stopping by a local business, I noticed a small domesticated pet bird sitting on the fence. It looks like a parakeet/macaw but I know little to nothing about birds. A colleague and I broke apart an apple and sure enough, the bird came to the food, hungry and willing to get close enough to eat. We left food out and will most likely cage the bird if nobody claims it. Perhaps donate it to a school classroom or bring it to the pet store etc. If you have lost your bird, please call or email me back the color/description so that I may help you get your bird back. (ps, this is not the grey bird everyone on CL seems to have lost)
