He/she is a green cheek conure. It was found in an apartment complex sitting on someones car and his tail feathers were some what ruined. When we brought him in and gave him some food he seemed starved. He does have a band and if someone can call and tell me the band number i would be happy to let them come and pick up their lost bird.
