Bird found in garage of neighbor in Clovis, CA. It is a small grey bird with a black band around its head/eyes. The bird has other colorful markings that may be used to identify. Not sure if it is a finch or other type of bird. It seems to be a pet based on its colors and willingness to perch on a finger. E-mail if you think this might be your bird!
