Found male (?) Budgie/Parakeet on the east part of the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail in Vancouver, WA. Has a band with letters OK and last 3 digits 768. As you see from the picture mostly green and yellow with a bright teal tail. I have him (?) at my apartment, I live near the trail, but I cannot keep him for very long.
