Sadly this Bird passed away peacefully in his/ her sleep last night.
Found a blue parakeet in my apartment pool courtyard. It was lost and confused. Notified the apartment office but haven’t heard anything.
Bird is very sweet but stressed out. No band.
It appears it’s wings are clipped as it can’t fly very far.
