Blue budgie parakeet hanging out in the area of Pheasant Ridge Apartments, 50 Cambridge Road Woburn MA. Got close to it and it does seem to be missing 1 toe on the right foot. No idea if it’s a male or female. Tried several times to capture it but no luck. Still hanging around the area.
