I found this little cockatiel flying around at the Marriott Time Share Resort on Singer Island, Florida on May 4th at approximately 6pm.
It’s a Lutino cockatiel, mostly yellow with white, and the usual orange markings on the face. The bird appears to be very young, and is banded.
The bird is being cared for.
