FOUND: African Grey Congo found in Port Saint Lucie, Florida on/about May 22, 2015.
The bird is banded, but for security reasons, the number will be kept a secret. The proper owner will have to provide the number first.
Currently the bird was found fully-flighted (which will be corrected a.s.a.p.) and will bow its head for scritches. It appears friendly but understandably uncomfortable and perhaps a little stressed as it just began to pluck a bit.
